MAX LVL is a productivity tool. AI Coaches — including Dr. Aria and Coach Maya — are AI personas, not licensed professionals. In a crisis, contact local emergency services.
Stored on your device (see Privacy). Back up via Settings → Export Data. I cannot recover data from a lost device.
App, design, content, and the MAX LVL name are mine. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence. Your content (habits, notes, recordings) stays yours — and stays on your device.
Google Gemini, Open Food Facts, RevenueCat, AdMob, App Store, Google Play. Each has its own terms.
App is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at what you paid in the prior 12 months ($0 on Free).
Stop using the app anytime. I may terminate access for material breach. IP, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
Material changes surfaced in the app. Continued use means acceptance.
Governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence. Local consumer-protection rights still apply.
